Penny Thompson

Secretary

Penny is a massage therapist, and she owns Body Image Spa in Spearfish, where she caters to locals and tourists.

A native of the Black Hills region, Penny has lived in Sturgis, Hot Springs and she lived in Cheyenne, Wyoming, when she was in school. Because of her love of the outdoors – especially the hills and trees of the Black Hills – she was eager to return to South Dakota after high school.

Penny lives in Whitewood, South Dakota, with her husband, Dustin, their son, Kylo, and their six-dog crew, including Natsu, a husky-rottweiler-lab mix; Gajeel, a blue heeler-collie mix; Ezra, a husky-malamute-rottweiler mix; Grey, a deaf (double merle) white Catahoula leopard-lab mix; Mirajane, a wooly husky; and Juvia, a deaf (double merle) white Catahoula leopard-greyhound mix.
