Join us for Our Annual 0.5K Trifecta Challenge
Our 0.5K Trifecta Sponsors are the "paw-some" heartbeats of our event, lending their support and turning our little race into a tail-wagging success. Your generosity is the cat's meow, ensuring our event has the purr-fect balance of fun and community spirit. To keep the furry fun going, we kindly remind our fantastic sponsors to fetch their tennis balls (funding) and paw-sonalized collars (logos) to us by
FEBRUARY 15.
This deadline ensures we can give you the well-deserved "paw-lause" and recognition you’ve earned. Let's make this event a bark-tastic celebration together!
All sponsors receive advertising in 8 counties; 13 towns; with fliers in over 260 businesses from March through October.
Three separate Facebook events with separate advertising for each event &
advertising on our main Facebook page in April, July, & October
PLUS logo or business name are on ALL event shirts and our website!!
GOLD $1,000 +
Everything listed for Bronze AND Silver Levels PLUS: THREE marketing items promoting their business;
Logo printed LARGE on all promotional materials;
Special "Thank You" post highlighting your business on all three 0.5K Trifecta Facebook Events and our main page.
Your Logo and length of time supporting our cause on it's own sign along the race track at all three events.
Participants pass this sign 4-5 times at each event.
Gold sponsors will receive a special mention early in the events and throughout the events; AND
Three additional Event Sponsor Admission Tickets to attend any of the three events (9 total).
BRONZE: $250 - $499
May help fill the goody bags with ONE marketing item promoting their business for each of 75 bags (25 at each of three events throughout the Black Hills);
Business Name on all promotional materials, print, social media, and website;
Special mention at each event, on all three 0.5K Trifecta social media events; AND
Three Event Sponsor Admission Tickets to attend any of the three events.
SILVER $500 - $999
Everything listed for the Bronze level PLUS: TWO marketing items promoting their business;
Logo printed MEDIUM on all promotional material; AND
Three additional Event Sponsor Admission Tickets to attend any of the three events (6 total).
LIVE AUCTION ITEMS:
Live Auction donors will receive: The ability to provide two marketing items promoting their business for each of
75 bags (25 at each of three events throughout the Black Hills);
Items valued at or above the Gold Level Sponsor will receive Gold Sponsor Benefits.
DOOR PRIZE ITEMS:
Door Prize donors will receive: The ability to provide one marketing item promoting their
business for each of 75 bags (25 at each of three events throughout the Black Hills)
